The dentist being sued after a three-year-old girl died while in her chair, has closed her practice. Dr. Lilly Geyer's Island Dentistry Inc. in Kailua, closed the day Finley Boyle went into cardiac arrest during an appointment. Geyer is notifying patients, via a letter, they need to find a new dentist. Meanwhile, an autopsy will be performed, according to attorney, Rick Fried, who filed a negligence lawsuit and now plans to file a wrongful death suit on behalf of the girl's parents. And, Geyer is being investigated by the state Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs' Regulated Industries Complaints Office.
